Counsellor in training
Lily Lim is a counsellor-in-training who brings a grounded, thoughtful, and client-centred approach to her work. Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and guided by Christian values of compassion, integrity, and respect, she is committed to supporting individuals with care, clarity, and professionalism. Lily offers a warm and non-judgemental presence, creating a safe space where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and take meaningful steps toward personal growth.
With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across the Asia-Pacific region, Lily understands the complexities of navigating relationships, workplace pressures, identity transitions, and cross-cultural challenges. Her long-standing involvement in prison ministry and crisis support has further shaped her deep respect for human resilience and her sensitivity to the diverse stories people carry.
Lily is currently pursuing her Master of Counselling with the Executive Counselling Training Academy in partnership with Flinders University. She is dedicated to ethical, attuned, and collaborative practice, and seeks to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, restoration, and renewed purpose.
