Heart + Mind Heroes Club is an 8-week program for children aged 5–10 years old to grow in confidence, kindness, and resilience. Through fun and engaging activities, children learn positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional regulation, giving them the tools to handle challenges and express themselves in healthy ways.

In a small-group setting, children have the chance to build genuine friendships while being guided by an experienced child therapist. Each session is thoughtfully designed to support your child’s emotional and social development, helping them feel empowered in both school and everyday life.
