Meet Rosalind Foo: An Advocate for Inclusiveness and Mental Health Awareness in the Deaf Community
Rosalind Foo is a passionate and dedicated counselor whose personal journey has profoundly shaped her mission to uplift the Deaf community. A graduate of SUSS's counseling program, Rosalind's transformative experiences in education have fueled her advocacy for inclusiveness and mental health awareness among individuals who are Deaf or hard of hearing.
Through her work, Rosalind seeks to empower Deaf individuals to seek the right support for their unique needs. She inspires others to embrace their strengths, break barriers, and prioritize mental well-being. Rosalind’s vision extends beyond her current contributions as she aspires to pursue a master’s in counseling, aiming to expand her impact as a private counselor and champion for her community.
With her unwavering commitment and compassionate approach, Rosalind is not just a counselor but a beacon of hope, making mental health resources more accessible and relatable for the Deaf community.
